The project was to renovate an existing 20 year old residence by uplifting the elevation and redoing the interiors of the first floor. The renovation was done without touching the main structural grid. The idea was to break open the small existing openings and add bigger openings and seperate the entrance for the first floor and ground floor, since the residence on the ground floor was to let out, while the one on the first floor would be occupied by the owners family.

The idea was to provide enough space to park a car outside the gatejust incase they are in a hurry. The parking area inside gives way for two more cars.
